At Cookhaus Ltd we offer interior services and produce beautiful, architecturally designed kitchens, both contemporary and traditional, to accommodate a wide range of tastes and budgets. In addition, we also offer a supply only service for kitchens, appliances, worktops, splashbacks, floor finishes and other products that our clients need to create the perfect environment.
Cookhaus Ltd was launched in 2015 by Nicholas Stockley, CEO and Founder of the architectural consultancy, Design Squared Ltd.
With Design Squared's extensive portfolio of over six hundred plus projects and demand for kitchens and interior design accumulating on almost every new residential commission, bringing Cookhaus to the market was a move that happened organically.
Since 2008, Design Squared Ltd has been involved in hundreds of successful projects and kitchen design/installations, ranging from cost-effective high-street products, through to luxury German, Italian and French brands. This wealth of experience has now been passed over to Cookhaus, along with several members of the design team. Cookhaus have successfully completed the design, supply and installation of numerous kitchens and interior fit-outs, resulting in substantial expansion throughout 2018.
We are the agents for various suppliers throughout the UK and Europe, which enables us to offer every product that our clients may need, whilst maintaining full flexibility, if they have a preferred procurement route.
At Cookhaus Ltd, we offer support on interiors and a design, supply and installation service. Clients interested in working with us on their project will initially be invited to a meet with our senior designer at our showroom near London Bridge or on site. At this stage, they will have the opportunity to present their specific requirements and to discuss any plans at length. Our designers will be on hand to guide them through our products, price groups and design ideas.
Within seven days after this initial meeting, we will have prepared the preliminary design package and set up the first presentation. This will include 2D plans, a 3D model and CGI's. We will also hand over our quotation which will include the costs associated with the specific design.
Following on from this we will be able to discuss the design, costs and project as a whole, in more detail. This will include engaging suppliers and obtaining quotes, should they want us to support them through this exercise.
If they then decide to proceed with one of our kitchens, we will finalise the design package, prepare the contract and formalise the production process. Our products are manufactured and delivered within 6-8 weeks of our final cross-checking survey. Upon receipt of the products from our workshop, we will store these in our London warehouse for a period of 2 weeks, providing everyone with flexibility regarding the delivery date to site. Our highly skilled installation team will then attend site and work closely with all parties to insert the kitchen and appliances. If the project includes the purchase of a worktop through us, we will organise for templating to take place and then install the following week. Upon completion, we will our clients to inspect the final product and carry out any snagging that is required.
We work alongside architects, engineers, contractors on a regular basis and are very happy to do so to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible and assist you with creating fantastic new spaces.
